Job Description

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in full-time education, majoring in wire and cable, polymer insulation, mechatronics, electrical engineering and automation, polymer insulation, mechanical manufacturing and automation, or automation.

Job Requirements:

1. Assist the project leader in completing product R&D projects, including project planning, execution, control, and closure.
2. Analyze, organize, and summarize customer and company samples and technical data, and use this data to create technical specifications, sample production requirements, and cost calculations.
3. Follow the new product development process, and be responsible for the production and testing of samples in various sections of the sample line to accelerate product development or improve quality.
4. Guide production personnel on the wire and cable processes for mass production equipment to ensure the production site remains under control.
5. Solve on-site quality and technical problems related to wire and cable production, and continuously improve wire and cable processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Collect and organize feedback on wire and cable usage, and continuously improve wire and cable processes.
7. Provide technical guidance on wire and cables to employees in the department.
8. Compile and review wire and cable technical documents.
9. Participate in market research and competitive analysis of wire and cable products, understand market needs and trends, and provide references for product development.
10. Maintain good communication with sales, customers, and suppliers to ensure accurate information transmission and timely problem resolution.
11. Monitor and guide the production process of wire and cable products to ensure the stability and controllability of the production process.
12. Continuously track the technical dynamics and latest developments in the wire and cable industry, and maintain an understanding and application of new technologies and materials.
13. Organize technical training and knowledge sharing on wire and cable products to improve the overall technical level of the team.
