Training system
The company adheres to the training principle of "multi-level, multi-category, and multi-form", builds a learning organization "king Phoenix College", focuses on pertinence and practicality, and develops a full-career cycle employee training plan for employees at different levels and positions to help employees' career development and improve organizational efficiency. This includes new employee onboarding training, in-service skills improvement training, and management ability advancement training.
After new employees join the company, they will receive diversified training courses such as military training, quality expansion, corporate culture, and social etiquette. At the same time, activities such as new employee talent shows and seminars are organized to help new employees quickly adapt to the company culture and work environment.
