The company owns more than 60 invention patents and more than 300 utility model patents. These patented technologies revolve around cable products and production, covering multiple aspects such as materials, structure, equipment, and testing.

Quality Certification

The company emphasizes the combination of production, academia, and research, focusing on building a technology platform to support the company's technological strategy and enhance its industrial innovation capabilities. It has established long-term cooperative development relationships with Southwest Jiaotong University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Harbin Institute of Technology, University of Science and Technology of China, Hunan University, Shanghai Cable Research Institute, China Electric Power Research Institute, Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute, and the Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Four test bases and R&D centers have also been established. The Technology Center, in conjunction with Central South University, has established the "Hunan Provincial Special Cable Engineering Technology Research Center" with the approval of the Provincial Science and Technology Department. A "Hualing Cable New Materials Research Center" has been established with Hunan University. Joint technological innovation activities and talent cultivation are carried out through project collaborations.

Equipment strength

The company possesses an advanced equipment system covering multiple fields, including production, manufacturing, quality inspection, and R&D testing. In the field of production equipment, it owns nearly 500 sets of world-leading wire and cable production equipment, comprehensively covering all production processes from copper rod drawing and conductor stranding to insulation extrusion, three-layer co-extrusion insulation, copper tape shielding, steel tape armoring, cabling winding, and sheath extrusion. Internationally and domestically renowned equipment such as continuous annealing copper drawing machine groups and the German Troester 35kV three-layer co-extrusion hanging production line are not only technologically advanced and fully functional, but also highly intelligent, laying a solid foundation for the smooth delivery of products.
