Job Description
Job Qualifications: Full-time Bachelor's degree or above in Wire and Cable, Polymer Insulation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Polymer Insulation, Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation, or Automation.
Job Requirements: 1. Design and Development: Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of wire and cable products, including the design and development of cable accessories (heads, tails, connectors, etc.). This involves formulating product R&D plans, conducting product structural design, material selection, and process design, as well as prototype development, sample testing, and trial production guidance.
2. Technical Support: Provide technical support to the company's business departments and assist in resolving technical problems encountered during sales and production.
3. Innovative Research: Pay attention to industry dynamics and technological trends, research new materials, new technologies such as new processes, and provide innovative ideas for product R&D.
4. Quality Assurance: Responsible for the research and optimization of the manufacturing process and performance parameters of cable accessories to ensure product quality and reliability.
5. Testing and Verification: Responsible for testing and verifying the performance of cable accessories and solving problems encountered during testing to ensure that product quality and technical indicators meet national and industry standards.
6. Documentation: Responsible for writing and maintaining technical documents, including product specifications, instruction manuals, and process flowcharts.
7. Training and Guidance: Provide technical training and guidance to production line employees to improve their technical skills and work ability.
8. Quality Control: Participate in the formulation and implementation of the company's quality control system to ensure that product quality meets relevant standards and customer requirements.
9. Project Management: Participate in new product development projects, responsible for project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet expected goals.
10. Market Support: Assist sales and marketing departments in providing technical support and solutions to customers, participating in customer visits and product promotion activities.
