Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has consistently placed cultural development in a prominent position in governing the country and managing state affairs, making a series of major deployments and promoting historical achievements in cultural development through upholding fundamental principles and pursuing innovation. The construction of a strong socialist culture has made solid strides. General Secretary Xi Jinping has delivered a series of important speeches and issued a series of important instructions, creatively putting forward a series of new ideas, viewpoints, and propositions, forming extremely rich theoretical achievements. In October 2023, the Party Central Committee convened the National Conference on Propaganda and Ideological Work, formally proposing and systematically expounding Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, raising the Party's cultural banner on the new journey.
