This year, the rubber cable production task is very full. As the main force of rubber extrusion, the production pressure of the 150 machine is very high. I have been operating two 150 machines simultaneously and continuously for a long time to ensure that the production capacity of the 150 machine is maximized. This year, I personally broke the machine production record 5 times. As a veteran rubber extruder, I am deeply aware of my responsibilities, so I actively responded to the factory's talent cultivation plan, boldly promoted newcomers to operate the 150 machine, and accelerated the training of assistants and wire receivers. Currently, more than half of the 150 team are newcomers. In order to reduce the occurrence of process accidents, I will focus on controlling important products and key links, and at the same time spare energy to manage the safety, environmental protection, on-site and quality supervision work of the third-floor rubber extrusion team…
