In October, during the golden autumn season, members of the company's "Host Elite Club" gathered at the Huitang Hot Spring Workers' Sanatorium of Hunan Provincial Federation of Trade Unions to soak in hot springs, relax, and feel the heat from the "earth's core," relieving fatigue and warming the entire winter.

This "Host Elite Club" activity mainly focused on leisure and recuperation, including hot spring experiences, mountain climbing, lakeside walks, fishing, and singing. The aim was to alleviate the work pressure of the hosts, allowing them to temporarily escape the intense work rhythm, relax, and enjoy vacation, recuperation, leisure, and gatherings. It aimed to foster a work atmosphere of responsibility, innovation, and hard work, so that everyone could better dedicate themselves to the next phase of work.

Since its establishment in 2008, the company has formed a backbone host association, providing monthly "core employee subsidies" to star-rated hosts. The "Host Elite Club," composed of two-star and above star-rated hosts, regularly organizes leisure and recuperation activities, gives priority to organizing external study visits, and conducts technical exchanges and skills training. As the company's elite team on the front line of operations, the hosts are grateful for each carefully organized event and actively participate.

This year, the company adjusted its host-related policies and introduced career development channel measures. The number of young people in the host team is growing, and the competition for star ratings is becoming more intense. Quality, output, cost, equipment, safety, and on-site factors are gradually being incorporated into the evaluation criteria, which is conducive to the stable operation of the company's various work on a sound development track. Next steps will include precise operation, lean production, on-site governance, labor competitions, online detection, and benchmarking to tap potential. This will drive the entire company and all employees' enthusiasm for the entire production process management and cost reduction, continuously promoting the company's transformation to lean manufacturing and pursuing high-quality development.
