High and low temperature cable solutions
Can provide customized cable services for high/low temperature and special environments (high strength, oil resistance, medium pressure, corrosion resistance, tensile resistance, wear resistance, bending resistance, etc.).
High-temperature resistant cables:
Can be used for short-term or long-term use in different temperature ranges from -200℃ to +1800℃. Applicable to coking, iron smelting, and rolling workshops in the metallurgical industry; casting, forging, and heat treatment workshops in the machinery manufacturing industry; kiln workshops in the ceramics, glass, enamel, and brick and tile industries; boiler rooms in thermal power plants and ships; aerospace, special experiments, and other places requiring high-temperature resistance. Its operating temperature far exceeds the tolerance range of ordinary cables, therefore high-temperature resistant cables can be used. High-temperature resistant cables are available in the following temperature ranges according to the temperature resistance level: -20℃~+125℃, -60℃~+180℃, -85℃~+200℃, -200℃~+180℃ (200℃), -60℃~+260℃, -20℃~+1800℃ (short-term high temperature).
In particular, the ultra-high temperature cable (-20℃~+1800℃) can operate normally for more than 120 seconds under the hot gas flow generated during rocket launch.

Low-temperature resistant cables:
For particularly cold regions or cold usage environments, cables with different low-temperature resistance levels can be customized:
-30℃~+70/90℃,-50℃~+90℃,-60℃~+70℃,-60℃~+180℃,-200℃~+150℃
In particular, low-temperature resistant cables that can be used for long periods in liquid nitrogen environments (-200℃) or alternately with normal temperature environments are available, with a conductor resistivity change rate ≤17%.
