1、 Offshore oil platform cables
We can provide a series of low-voltage and medium-voltage power cables, control cables, instrument cables, and data transmission cables for offshore oil drilling platforms. The cables have low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant, or fire-resistant properties. Typical cases include China National Offshore Oil Corporation offshore platforms.
2、 Submarine, ship, and marine cables
We can provide medium and low voltage power cables for civilian vessels. The cables have low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant or fire-resistant properties.
3、 ROV Umbilical cables for robots
We can provide steel or aramid fiber armored cables for remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) used underwater within 3000 meters. The cables can have functions such as tensile resistance, water tightness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to microbial growth. A typical example includes the umbilical cable for a 1000-meter underwater ROV robot provided to CNOOC Energetics, which can withstand a tensile force of 210KN and integrates optical, electrical, and signal transmission.
4、 Cables for connecting deep-water or shallow-water equipment
The cables are waterproof or watertight and can be used for long-term immersion in water for power, control, and signal transmission. They are widely used in water surface and underwater operation equipment such as fish pond aerators.
5、 Reeling cables for port machinery
Suitable for occasions with frequent bending/twisting, rapid acceleration and movement, and high mechanical stress, such as ports, docks, shipyards, smelters, and offshore platforms. We can provide round or flat cables with voltage levels of 35KV and below, and can customize various core numbers and special requirements such as cold resistance, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, and high tensile strength for reeling (port machinery) cables. Tensile cables can use steel wire (built-in, single external, two parallel), high-strength fiber wire (built-in, braided armor, loose armor), hemp rope and other strengthening methods.
